Officer's fur felt French & Indian War style cocked hat (sometimes referred to as a "Tricorn hat"). Low cocked front with a brim of 4 1/2 - 5". Crown 4". This style was worn from the 1740's into the early 1770's. Black fur felt (default), brown, gray or tan available (specify). Gold or silver lace binding on the edge of the brim (Specify color). With black silk officer cockade (specify if other color). Brass or silver button (specify). Gold or silver metallic lace loop holds cockade. Linen lined. Provide head size around just above the ears and not too tight. Hats take a MINIMUM of 60-90 days from order to ship: each hat is custom made to order.
