Black wool felt French infantry soldier's cocked hat. Documented Revolutionary War era pattern. Brim cocked to the crown with hooks and eyes. White or black hand sewn worsted wool brim binding. Black or white linen cockade (specify if other color is desired). Small rimmed brass cockade button. Adjustable hand sewn linen liner. Provide head size around just above the ears and not too tight. Alliance cockade available at additional cost. Hats take a MINIMUM of 60-90 days from order to ship: each hat is custom made to order.
