Geo. Franks, Hatter recreates historical hats from 1600 through 1872 with a focus on 18th century wool felt and fur felt hats. Each hat is documented based on exhaustive research, round blocked to size, hand sewn, and linen lined. Period correct patterns, materials, and techniques are used. Our hats are featured in museums, at historical sites, and worn by the most discriminating "living historians" and others.
