Black wool felt French Marine cocked hat. Documented French & Indian War era pattern. Brim cocked to the crown with hooks and eyes. "False gold" hand sewn brim binding. Black linen cockade (specify if other color is desired). Small rimmed brass cockade button. Adjustable hand sewn linen liner. Provide head size around just above the ears and not too tight. Hats take a MINIMUM of 60-90 days from order to ship: each hat is custom made to order.
